Writing from the Heart: Memoirs, Poetry and Diaries was a panel discussion to explore the power of first-person writing in confronting personal and political realities. 

Speakers included My Dear Kabul (Coronet, 2024), contributing writer Batool Haidari and co-translator Dr Negeen Kargar alongside poet Romalyn Ante. Chaired by Lillie Razvi Toon, co-editor of My Dear Kabul
