This collective piece was produced as part of Paranda and published by Shuddhashar on 1 November 2025 as part of Issue 45, Afghans on Exile. The original texts were written by Sheba Gaheez, Lima W, Samira Alemi, Benafsha, Maryam Noorzai, Atifa, L. Rahmani, Muska (all writers have chosen to use pen names for their safety). The work was translated from the Dari and Pashto by translators Negeen Kargar, Shabnam Fayyaz and Natasha Alam Mahsud, with a special thank you to Shekiba Habib for interpretation throughout.
